About Us
DataCloud USA turns U.S. federal spending records into clear, comparable profiles of every contractor: what they were paid, by whom, how contracts grew after award, whether they are excluded from federal work and which other companies they are linked to.
Where the data comes from
- USAspending.gov — contract awards, modifications, sub-awards, recipient addresses and reported executive compensation (updated daily).
- SAM.gov — entity registration status and the public exclusions list (debarments and suspensions, updated daily).
- SEC EDGAR — public-company identifiers (CIK, ticker, EIN).
How the risk score works
The 0–100 score adds transparent indicators: active or past exclusions, terminations for default, cost growth through modifications, non-competed or single-offer awards, shared physical addresses with other vendors or excluded parties, sudden jumps in contract size and concentration in a single agency. Each vendor page lists exactly which indicators fired and why. Addresses of mass registered agents (e.g. corporate-services firms in Delaware or Wyoming) are excluded from the shared-address test.
The same methodology powers DataCloud Peru's anti-corruption module for public works, adapted to U.S. federal procurement data.
Bilingual by design
Every page is available in English and Spanish, and the AI search understands questions in either language.
