By using DataCloud USA (the "Site"), operated by Creativos Digitales MD7 E.I.R.L., you agree to these terms.

1. Public data, as is

The Site republishes and analyzes public-domain records from USAspending.gov, SAM.gov and SEC EDGAR. Records may be incomplete, delayed or wrong at the source. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Always verify against the official source before making decisions.

2. Risk scores and AI summaries

Risk scores add up statistical indicators drawn from public records. AI summaries are generated automatically from those same records. Neither is a finding of fraud, corruption, misconduct or responsibility, nor legal, financial or compliance advice. A high score means a record merits review — nothing more.

3. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the Site at volumes that degrade it, attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, or use the Site to harass any person. Bulk access is available through DataCloud Pro.

4. DataCloud Pro

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Specific terms are provided at purchase.

5. Corrections and takedown requests

If you believe a page is inaccurate, contact us with the page URL and supporting documents. We review requests promptly and correct or annotate records where appropriate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creativos Digitales MD7 E.I.R.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Creativos Digitales MD7 E.I.R.L. is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
