Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy explains how Creativos Digitales MD7 E.I.R.L. ("we") collects and uses information when you visit DataCloud USA (the "Site"). Contact: info@md7.pe.

1. Information we collect

  • Usage data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses, browser type, pages requested and approximate country to deliver and secure the Site. We use the country only to choose the site language.
  • Search queries. Text you type in the search box is sent to our AI search service to produce results. We do not link queries to your identity and do not use them to train models.
  • Contact form. Name, email and message, used only to answer you. We store a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent spam.

Public records shown on the Site (federal contractors, contracts, exclusions, reported executives) come from USAspending.gov, SAM.gov and SEC EDGAR. We do not publish pages about excluded individuals.

2. Cookies and advertising

We set one functional cookie (lang) to remember your language. We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com or aboutads.info.

Visitors from the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message (a Google-certified consent management platform) before personalized ads or non-essential cookies are used.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

Legitimate interest (operating, securing and improving the Site; publishing public-sector information), consent (personalized advertising and non-essential cookies) and pre-contractual steps (answering sales inquiries).

4. Your rights

EEA/UK residents may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and may complain to their supervisory authority.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA) have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of sharing for advertising, use the consent controls or Google's ad settings above, or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honor. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, write to info@md7.pe. We answer within 30 days (45 days under the CCPA).

5. Retention and transfers

Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Request logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own retention policy. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, under standard contractual clauses where required.

6. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Corrections to public records

If a record about your company is inaccurate, the authoritative fix is at the source agency (SAM.gov, USAspending.gov). You can also contact us and we will review it promptly.
