Impire Shipping has an active exclusion in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), entered by the DOS effective Mar 14, 2013. Type: Prohibition/Restriction. While active, the party cannot receive new federal contracts, subcontracts or grants unless an agency grants a compelling-reason exception.
