Amex II has an active exclusion in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), entered by the OPM effective Apr 15, 2002. Type: Ineligible (Proceedings Completed). While active, the party cannot receive new federal contracts, subcontracts or grants unless an agency grants a compelling-reason exception.
