Gov Tech Contracting has an active exclusion in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), entered by the USA effective Dec 16, 2020. Type: Ineligible (Proceedings Completed). While active, the party cannot receive new federal contracts, subcontracts or grants unless an agency grants a compelling-reason exception.
