Family Farm Preservation has an active exclusion in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), entered by the HUD effective Aug 26, 1996. Type: Ineligible (Proceedings Completed). While active, the party cannot receive new federal contracts, subcontracts or grants unless an agency grants a compelling-reason exception.
