Mark E. Johnson entered into a plea agreement with the United States and has plead guilty to violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1001(a)(3) by making false statements regarding his federal crop insurance policies to the federal government. The plea agreement provides that Johnson (including, his spouse (if applicable); his assigns; and any entity in which he is a principal or has a controlling interest) are permanently excluded from participating in any U.S. Department of Agriculture farm program, including programs administered by the Risk Management Agency and the Farm Service Agency. Springbrook Grain Farms, LLC is permanently excluded pursuant to Johnson's plea agreement. For further information contact the U.S. Department of Agriculture Agency Exclusions POC.
