Sahab Phase has an active exclusion in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), entered by the DLA effective May 15, 2009. Type: Ineligible (Proceedings Pending). While active, the party cannot receive new federal contracts, subcontracts or grants unless an agency grants a compelling-reason exception.
