Millionaire has an active exclusion in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), entered by the OFAC effective Jan 16, 2016. Type: Prohibition/Restriction. While active, the party cannot receive new federal contracts, subcontracts or grants unless an agency grants a compelling-reason exception.
